Mycorrhizae Ultrafine Endo is a powdered inoculum that consists of 4 carefully selected endomycorrhizal fungi species. The powder comes in a particle size less than 300 microns (#50 screen). This concentrated, fine material is ideal for “water in” or “spray” applications. About 90% of the world’s plant species form symbiotic relationships with these beneficial endomycorrhizal fungi. They colonize plant roots, expand into the surrounding soil and greatly increase the root’s ability to absorb water and nutrients, while improving plant yields and health.

Ferti-Organic Ultra-Fine Mycorrhizae 50 lb. bag

The agricultural use of microbial inoculants, also known as bio-fertilizers, has increased dramatically. Biofertilizers contain living microorganisms that, when applied to seeds, plant surfaces or soils, promote growth by increasing nutrient supply, root biomass, root area and nutrient uptake, acting as a complement to mineral fertilizers. Mycorrhizae Ultrafine Endo is a mycorrhizal inoculum powder comprising four scientifically formulated endomycorrhizal fungi propagules (Glomus intraradices, Glomus mosseae, Glomus aggregatum, and Glomus etunicatum). It is a wettable powder with a particle size under 300 microns, ideal for “water in” or “spray” applications.

BENEFITS: 
  • Reduces drought stress, water inputs, transplant shock and nutrient loss 
  • Increases yields, fruiting and flowering and survivability 
  • Promotes rooting and nutrient uptake. 
STORAGE: Store this product between 40 F and 85 F degrees. Avoid temperatures in excess of 140 degrees F. 

APPLICATION: The goal is to create physical contact between the inoculant and the seed/root. 

AGRICULTURE: Band or mix with seed on average approximately 0.7 lbs. per acre. Rates vary by crop and seed planting density. 
RESTORATION: Use 7.5 pounds per acre for broadcast or hydromulch operations before or during planting.
NURSERIES: Inoculum can be mixed in planting soil before/during filling cavities, pots, and trays. Use 0.20 to 0.60 pounds per cubic yard, depending on cavity size (higher rates for smaller cavities). 
COMPOST TEA: Use one pound per 50 gallons of tea as a soil drench. Apply tea at normal rate. 
TURF: One pound will treat 5,000 sq./ft. porous soil. Water thoroughly after application. 
WATER IN: (Porous Soils Only) Mix into water at minimum rate of 1 Tablespoon per gallon (No harm in using stronger ratios if desired - especially for problem plants). Mix well and keep agitated. Mist or dip plant root systems during transplanting or water in as a soil drench. The objective is to get spores in close contact to the roots. Will treat 50 one-gallon plants. Use 2 times per year. Best in Spring and Fall. 
TRANSPLANTS: Touch damp roots to the inoculum so a small amount sticks to the roots or sprinkle into planting holes. Use 1/4 teaspoon under each cutting: 1-2 teaspoons for potted transplants or 1/2 ounce per inch of stem caliper plantings.
