STANDARD FINES SOP ORGANIC is produced naturally near Ogden, Utah. Great Salt Minerals Corporation does not use animal manure or any form of waste in the production of SOP.
Organic K+ Brand Potassium Sulfate fertilizer
Not all potash meets the standards and requirements to be classified as organic. And only our brand of sulfate of potash, Protassium+, is OMRI certified as organic and has been accepted for use in organic farming in the United States for more than 30 years.
Produced through solar evaporation, Protassium+ Organic K+ potassium sulfate fertilizer is made by an environmentally friendly process that generates no toxic waste and safely returns water drawn from the Great Salt Lake back to it. The end result is a naturally produced dual nutrient source of potassium and sulfate sulfur that is vital for improving crop quality and yield.

It is also approved by Ecocert for use in Organic Agriculture production conforming to the Canadian Organic Standard
