AutoShip works by allowing customers to configure recurring orders that are shipped at their convenience. In just a few clicks, shoppers can easily select the quantity and delivery frequency of the product. When a shopper places an order for a recurring product, they are asked if they would like to have the order recur and shipped to them at regular intervals. (Hence the name "AutoShip"). During the recurring order process, they are asked to set their frequency of recurring shipments, and they check out with their initial order. Future orders are processed on the schedule requested and shipped without any hassle to you.
Customers can edit or cancel the recurring orders at any point prior to the next occurrence. Simply go to your "My Account" page and scroll down to see your recurring orders and choose the one you want to edit.
This subscription based autoship program is only available to logged in account members with saved payment information.
