Recurring Orders & Autoship

Never run out of the nutrients your crops depend on. Custom Hydro’s Autoship program lets you schedule recurring orders at the frequency that fits your grow cycle — set it once and we’ll handle the rest.

How Autoship Works

When you add an eligible product to your cart, you’ll be given the option to set up a recurring order. Simply select your preferred delivery frequency and complete checkout as normal. Future orders are processed and shipped automatically on your chosen schedule — no reordering, no hassle.

Managing Your Recurring Orders

You’re always in control. To edit or cancel a recurring order, log into your account, scroll to the Recurring Orders section, and select the order you want to modify. Changes must be made prior to the next scheduled processing date.

Autoship Eligibility

• Available to logged-in account members only
• Requires saved payment information on file
• Available on eligible products across our catalog — including Haifa Fertilizers, Peter’s Professional, Ferti-Organic, and more
