BioFoamer™ Foaming Agent — 55 Gallon Drum

BioFoamer is a premium high-foaming detergent from BioSafe Systems designed for use with their full line of peroxyacetic acid (PAA) products. It produces a rich, thick, stable foam for deep cleaning and sanitation of porous and non-porous surfaces — ideal for vertical surfaces and irregular areas with nooks and crannies where longer contact time is needed.

Compatible PAA Products

OxiDate 2.0, StorOx 2.0, SaniDate 2.0, SaniDate 5.0, SaniDate 12.0, SaniDate 15.0, SaniDate FD, and ZeroTol 2.0.

Mixing Instructions

Prepare a finished solution of your BioSafe Systems PAA product at the recommended label rate, then add BioFoamer at the rates below. Use the higher rate for a thicker, drier foam.

• Air Foamer: 1–4 fl oz of BioFoamer per gallon of finished PAA solution
• Dosatron Airless Foamer: 14 fl oz of BioFoamer per 76 fl oz of activated peroxygen solution
