GreenClean Acid Cleaner — 55-Gallon Drum

BioSafe Systems GreenClean Acid Cleaner combines acids with non-foaming surfactants to lift organic deposits and clean surfaces contaminated with calcium, rust, and bicarbonate deposits. The 55-gallon drum supplies bulk commercial cleaning concentrate for greenhouse equipment and irrigation-line maintenance. Plan compatible dispensing equipment and suitable drum handling before ordering.

Scale, Oxide, and Lime Buildup

Choose GreenClean Acid Cleaner for compatible equipment where mineral deposits and alkaline buildup require an acidic cleaning step. The manufacturer identifies uses in evaporative cooler pads, piping systems, process lines, vats, conveyors, and greenhouse shade films. The label also describes whitewash removal from greenhouse glass.

Irrigation-Line Cleaning Between Crops

Apply between crops or when crops are not present. According to the product label:

1. Inject GreenClean Acid Cleaner at 1:50 until irrigation lines are at or near capacity.
2. Allow the solution to sit for 2–3 hours.
3. Flush lines with clean water until pH returns to neutral.

Not recommended for soft metals or painted surfaces. Confirm equipment compatibility before treatment. Follow the complete label directions before returning the system to service.

Cleaning Before Disinfection

GreenClean Acid Cleaner is an acidic cleaning agent, not a sanitizer or disinfectant. Where disinfection is required, use the manufacturer's separate cleaning-and-disinfection program, including rinsing and a product labeled for the disinfection step. Do not mix treatment concentrates.
