Sil-MATRIX™ LC Soluble Potassium Silicate Biopesticide – 2.5 Gallon

Sil-MATRIX LC is an OMRI-listed, fully soluble potassium silicate biopesticide with dual activity as a fungicide, insecticide, and miticide. Approved for use in certified organic production systems under the USDA National Organic Program. Suitable for vegetables, fruits, hemp, specialty crop, nuts, vine crops, agronomic crops, ornamentals, and turf.

Powdery Mildew Activity

• Note: preventative use only — will not eradicate established powdery mildew

Application as Silicon Source in Nutrient Solutions

Use 0.47 mL (0.634 g) per gallon of nutrient solution to deliver 16.33 ppm Si and 11 ppm K. Equivalent to 0.25 g/gallon of AgSil 16H. Compatible with automated injection systems — see our blog for concentrate preparation guidance.

Application Notes

• Recommended rate: 3 qt/100 gal/acre as part of an IPM program
• Can be tank-mixed with other fungicides and insecticides (check compatibility first)
• Raises solution pH — add to water before other nutrients
• REI: 4 hours | PHI: 0 days
