Application

Hydroponic Systems: Essential component of 2 and 3-part nutrient programs. Typically combined with base fertilizers such as MasterBlend, Peters Professional, JR Croptech, or Athena formulas, plus magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) for complete nutrition.

Fertigation: Apply through drip systems, low-volume sprinklers, center pivots, and spray units. Dissolves completely with no clogging.

Foliar Application: Can be applied as foliar spray to address calcium deficiency quickly.

Dilution example: 1 gram per gallon yields 38 ppm nitrate-N, 3 ppm ammonium-N, and 50 ppm calcium.

Compatibility

YaraLiva CalciNit can be mixed with all water-soluble fertilizers except concentrated stock solutions containing phosphate or sulfate. When preparing stock solutions, keep calcium nitrate separate from phosphate and sulfate sources to prevent precipitation. Always dilute separately before combining in final nutrient solution.
